“Using CMC development for our home renovation was a good decision.
We are a retired couple in our senior years and just sold our first home to move and be closer to and spend time with our family.  Our replacement home being old needed some renovation but we were hesitant to pursue the project due to our general notion of contractors not completing the job in a timely manner (based on our previous experience).

Fortunately, our niece recommended CMC Development. We are grateful that Mark J. was able to help and work with us (considering that CMC deals with bigger projects). What we like is that they are a professional Company.  They have a streamlined process from the start of the job to completion.  From meeting regarding design and giving us a detailed schedule of work to be done per week; updates were provided on what was completed.   Love that the workers were on site from Monday to Saturday till the project was done as well as the administrative team visiting the site to check on progress of the work/keeping in touch with us.  The team were all easy to get along with and were patient with us. Any concerns during the renovation and after walkthrough were addressed. 

Also worth mentioning, the packet that they prepared and gave to us at the final walkthrough with details of what materials were used in all areas of our home (specifics regarding brand, paint color, details of hardware used, etc.) will be very helpful to us in the future.
